Restoration of Parish Churches
At present, St Mary’s Church and St Oliver Plunkett’s Church are both in need of extensive repairs and efforts are underway to restore them to their former glory. Two committees of parishioners have been organised, one concerned with the structural restoration and the other with financing the repairs, however the support of all parishioners will be required to successfully complete the projects. A variety of funding schemes are underway including, extra blue parish envelopes for the Building Fund and a Parish Draw with other events to follow.
