Jesus said: “You are witnesses of all I have said.” Over the past few years we have become very aware of the human frailty of the Church, often to the point of keeping our heads down and hoping that it will all go away.
We regret to announce the death of Gerard McGlinchey, 74 Clady Road, Portglenone. Funeral Mass will take place on Sunday 11th December at 11.00am in St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Clady. May He rest in Peace.
We regret to announce the death of Elizabeth (Lizzie) Darragh, (nee Mc Cloy), 47 Mullaghnamoyagh Road, Portglenone, 7th December 2016 (peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family), beloved wife of the late Charlie and much loved mother of Margaret (Mc Cartney) and Eileen (Mc Gurk). Lizzie’s remains will leave her late residence on Friday at 10.30am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Oliver Plunket’s Church Clady, burial immediately afterwards in St Mary’s cemetery Greenlough. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing
We regret to announce the death of Margaret (Peggy) Hughes (Lislea, Portglenone) December 2nd, 2016 peacefully at home, Margaret (Peggy) R.I.P. Beloved wife of the late Frank and much loved mother of Patricia.
Her remains will leave her late residence, 155 Moneygran Road on Monday at 10.20am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Oliver Plunkett’s Church, Clady. Burial immediately afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Greenlough.
May she rest in peace.
We regret to announce the death of Margaret Columba Duffin (née McKay), Portglenone and formerly The Bridge End, Glenarm, December 2nd, 2016, peacefully at home, Beloved wife of the late Malachy, mother of Eamonn and sister of the late F/Sgt James Patrick, Paul, Ed (Bunny), Mona, Patricia and Maureen.
Her remains were removed from her late residence, 26 Clady Road on Saturday 3rd December at 6.45pm to St Oliver Plunkett’s Church, Clady. Funeral Mass took place on Sunday 4th December
