Christ, our new beginning
“We do not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” That’s a difficult sentence for us to really listen to today in our consumer society. Lent is a time to reflect on it and to find freedom through it.
Hanna Mary Walsh (née Watson) (109 Innishrush Road, Portglenone) 3rd February 2026 (peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family), beloved wife of the late Henry, much loved mother of Kathleen (Quinn), Hannah (Healy), Harry Joe, David, James, Margaret (Kearney), Betty (O’Donnell), Pauline (McCann) and Sean and loving sister of Bessie (O’Neill) and the late Seamus, Joe, Margaret (McKillop), Katie, Sean and Pat Hugh.
Hannah Mary’s wake will officially begin in her late residence on Wednesday 4th February at 1pm.
Lord for your faithful people, life is changed not ended
