Christ, the True Vine
Jesus said to his disciples: “It is to the glory of my Father that you should bear much fruit.” When we think of faith we generally think of our faith in God. Jesus reveals God’s faith in us, and the trust he puts in us to show his love to the world in which we live.
Peacefully at hospital Philomena (Mena) R.I.P. 13 Ballymacpeake Road, wife of the late James; loving mother of Seamus, Patrick, Siobhan (Brown), Martin and Denise (Bryson); dear mother-in-law of Hilary, Karen, Elaine, Barney and the late David; much adored Granny of Ceara, Rachel, Michael, Anna, Clodagh, Aidan, James, Oran, Niamh, Conor and Kate and great granny of Charlie.
Daughter of the late Pat and Susan McCormick (Moneyneena) and dear sister of Rose, Tony and the late Paul, Pat and Bridie.
Funeral from her late residence, 13 Ballymacpeake Road, on Monday at 12:15pm for 1pm Requiem Mass in St Oliver Plunkett’s Church, Clady. (Mass will be broadcast live on the parish webcam https://churchmedia.tv/st-oliver-plunketts-greenlough). Interment afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Greenlough.
